Why does Bush only threaten war with small countries? Why doesn't he threaten war with China for their aggressive action? Bush is like one of those schoolyard bullies who picks on kids much smaller than him, taking their lunch money for personal profit, talks about being tough but refuses to face kids his own size even when they slap him on the face.
