Sounds like a plan to take control of key election centers and rig the election for November. Hmm. A second reason is to imprisonate/kill Bush enemies without a court. We had troops in our country before helping out with problems but did not have to declare martial law. Hmm..
Looks like it is safer to live in China nowadays.
