Veterans: Be careful what you say, the military still owns you

Article. I wonder why Iraq war veterans haven't been more vocal or make statements against the war. Didn't the Bush administration use to say that if soldiers were unhappy, why haven't more said anything?

The Bush administration is playing with the general public's lack of knowledge that military owns you including what you say 24x7, if you have been a soldier in the last 8 years. Soldiers are often given direct orders as to what they can say and are warned of repercussions if they say something the commanding officer doesn't want.
