Does Hypnosis Work?

I am often asked this question. My observations are that hypnosis works on very dumb people and it works very well. All the hypnosis that the Bush public relations minions do, work very well on the 29% of the population that ardently support him no matter what he does. They continue to believe what he says. Imagine a person stabbing you in the belly with a knife and taking your money. He says he is doing it in the interests of national security to protect the country. The 29% would actually believe him. It doesn't matter what he does to you, it what he says that counts. Now think of a situation where a serial killer is caught and there is overwhelming physical evidence against him in court. He says, "I didn't do it." The same 29% would believe him. So yes hypnosis does work.

Fox News Slanders Dr. Mercola

I feel for Dr. Mercola. It seems that people who do the right thing will face personal attacks, criticisms, slander, and other problems because there are so many assholes in this world. I figure it is part of life - whether you do good or bad -- there will be assholes working against you because they can't get a free ride from you. This includes many employers who underpay and overwork their employees.
